Murrayfield Stadium is only one mile away, so rugby games and concerts are practically on your doorstop, as well as the plentiful shops and restaurants in the local area. Edinburgh Zoo and its famous pandas are within walking distance. This property is also perfect for corporate clients, as the financial district in the West End and Edinburgh Park are just a short drive away.
The open plan living and dining area offers plenty of space and comfort, and overlooks the local golf course. A flat screen TV, DVD player and WiFi are available for guests' use; and the large dining table comfortably seats all guests. The separate kitchen has all modern appliances and a breakfast table for four.
The kingsize master bedroom has plentiful storage and boasts a luxury, en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be set up as either twin or a kingsize bed, just arrange it with your property manager before arrival, and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom with shower over bath completes this home from home.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
Please note that arrivals after 20:30 will incur a late fee of £15 for unsociable hours and any arrivals after midnight will incur a fee of £30.
