Just a ten minute bus ride from the city centre, this modern two bedroom apartment offers the perfect base to explore Edinburgh. Murrayfield Stadium is only one mile away, so rugby games and concerts are practically on your doorstop, as well as the plentiful shops and restaurants in the local area. Edinburgh Zoo and its famous pandas are within walking distance. This property is also perfect for corporate clients, as the financial district in the West End and Edinburgh Park are just a short drive away

The open plan living and dining area offers plenty of space and comfort, and overlooks the local golf course. A flat screen TV is available for guests' use; and the large dining table comfortably seats all guests. The separate kitchen has all modern appliances and a breakfast table for four.

The kingsize master bedroom has plentiful storage and boasts a luxury, en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be set up as either twin or a kingsize bed, just arrange it with your property manager before arrival, and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom with shower over bath completes this home from home.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
Please note that arrivals after 20:30 will incur a late fee of £15 for unsociable hours and any arrivals after midnight will incur a fee of £30.
