This three bedroom apartment, located in the calm area of Ravelston, is just a 25 minute walk or short drive to Edinburgh city centre. Regular buses in to the city centre also depart just a few streets away.
The ground floor property comes with private parking for two cars, a small garden in front and a bright patio to the rear.
Six guests are accommodated in the master kingsize bedroom, second double bedroom, and twin room. The family bathroom has a three piece quite and a separate shower cubicle, and a second bathroom offers an additional WC. The living room features comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player, and WiFi. The apartment's fully fitted kitchen includes oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, and guests can dine in the dining conservatory.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Interior layout The accommodation is of a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen, conservatory dining room, sitting room with cable TV, DVD player and Wi-fi; 3 double bedrooms (sleeping a maximum of 6 persons); bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash-hand basin; wash-room with WC and wash-hand basin.
Exterior This lower villa was built in the 1930's and has its own front and rear doors, private driveway, front garden and delightful sunny rear patio area.
From Forth Road Bridge – follow A90 along Queensferry Road heading towards Edinburgh City Centre. Veer right at junction with A902 (Farmer’s Autocare) and continue on A90. Pass Esso Station on right, and continue, keeping right through traffic lights, for 100 metres. Turn right into Craigleith Drive, then second left into Blinkbonny Avenue, then first right into Blinkbonny Road.
From City Bypass – Follow A702 to junction with A8. Turn right towards city centre and follow A8 for 2.8 miles. Turn left into Murrayfield Road. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Ravelston Dykes. Take 3rd left onto Orchard Road South then 1st left onto Blinkbonny Road.
The nearest station is Edinburgh Haymarket. There is no direct bus service from Haymarket. Taxis are available at the station and it is a five minute ride to your accommodation.
From Edinburgh Waverley station, it is possible to catch the 41 bus which runs regularly from Waverley Bridge to Blackhall. Alternatively taxis are available at the station and it is a ten minute ride to your accommodation.
