The Waverley Park Residence is a bright and airy, beautifully presented ground floor apartment, located less than one mile from the Royal Mile and the Old Town. This self-catering apartment is fully furnished and sleeps up to four guests, using the double sofa bed located in the living room. With traditional polished floorboards throughout, and decorated in calm, soothing tones, to ensure your stay in Edinburgh is as comfortable as possible.
Kick back and relax in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area - it's light, fresh and tastefully furnished. The dining area is the perfect setting to relax after a day's sightseeing. A flat screen TV with Now TV, and Wi-Fi internet access will take care of your entertainment needs. Moving through to the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook up some culinary treats.
Time to rest? The double bedroom overlooks the quiet private garden, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. A smart family bathroom with shower completes this delightful holiday home.
Thanks to The Waverley Park Residence's unique location guests can enjoy being right in the city centre, whilst being tucked away on a quiet street away from the noise, hustle and bustle. Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat are on your doorstep, providing an array of hills, lochs, glens, basalt cliffs, and patches of gorse, providing a remarkably wild piece of highland landscape within its 650-acre area. And The Queen is practically your neighbour as HRH’s Scottish residence the Palace of Holyroodhouse is a 5-minute walk away, along with The Scottish Parliament Building.
There is a large Sainsbury’s superstore within a 5-minute walk at Meadowbank retail park for grocery shopping.
This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself in to the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.
If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please note that there is an additional charge for use of the sofa bed. Therefore, if your group size does not meet the maximum occupancy and all guests can be accommodated in beds, the sofa bed will not be set up unless explicitly requested. For example: if your party size is 2 in a property that sleeps 4 using a double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed will not be set up unless requested and an additional fee paid.
