This self-catering apartment is fully furnished and decorated to a 4 star standard to make your stay in Edinburgh as comfortable as possible.
The apartment is less than 400m from Fountain Park
which features a Cineworld cinema, fabulous Nuffield Health gym, Genting Casino, Tenpin bowling alley, Gravity Trampoline Park and an excellent range of restaurants, bars and pubs.
The apartment is a pleasant walk to many other major Edinburgh attractions such as the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery of Scotland. There is also a copious amount of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate area.
As well as the main lounge area there is also a dining area suitable for four people to dine over looking the rear aspect including the garden and the Union canal. A bright airy and modern ambience is created by the choice of furniture and lighting features. A flat screen smart TV, Virgin box, DVD player and wifi internet access.
This is a lovely double bedroom with a window overlooking the rear of the property so it's nice and quiet. A double bed and headboard with bedside tables, a large wardrobe provides ample storage space for your possessions.

The clean and modern bathroom completes this apartment with an instant electric shower over a large bath and wash hand basin unit and WC.
The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave oven and cutlery & crockery for up to four guests.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
Please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a fee of £30 for unsociable hours.
Please note that there is an additional charge for use of the sofa bed. Therefore, if your group size does not meet the maximum occupancy and all guests can be accommodated in beds, the sofa bed will not be set up unless explicitly requested. For example: if your party size is 2 in a property that sleeps 4 using a double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed will not be set up unless requested and an additional fee paid.
