Contemporary furniture helps you to take the weight off your feet, whilst picture-frame windows perfectly capture the glorious Dean Village outside. When it’s time to turn your attention inside, a large flat screen TV and WiFi have your entertainment needs covered. Move through to the fully fitted kitchen, and you’ll find everything you need to whip up your own culinary treats – and even a dishwasher, after all you are on holiday.
The master bedroom features plentiful guest storage and an en suite shower room, and two further double bedrooms guarantee a peaceful night’s rest. A family bathroom with full size bath completes this truly delightful home from home.
In terms of location, you couldn’t get any better. Situated in the Dean Village, The Dean Path Residence puts you within walking distance of just about anything you might like to do while you’re in Edinburgh. The New Town, our Georgian marvel of urban planning, is packed full of galleries, delis and breath-taking architecture and right on your door step. Edinburgh’s medieval Old Town, home to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Or perhaps you’re in town for a spot of shopping? Well then, you’re in luck as the main shopping highstreets Princes Street and George Street are only a few minutes’ stroll away.
Two of Edinburgh’s most beloved areas, The West End and Stockbridge, are just a few minutes either side of the apartment and well worth exploring. Stockbridge, famous for its Sunday Market, is filled with friendly pubs, independent businesses and bordered by the world-renowned Royal Botanic Gardens. The West End is notable for its cosmopolitan vibe, thanks largely to the numerous arts venues and designer boutiques that line the cobbled streets.
Arriving at The Dean Path Residence couldn’t be any easier, with Haymarket station and the airport tram stop both less than a mile away.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

For once the advertising was correct!
Apart from the Edinburgh weather, it is hard to find fault with this extremely well appointed apartment in such an excellent position.
Karen, the manager made contact in advance and sent us a video of the access etc., which made it simple!
We will return!
