Good value for city break
The High Riggs Residence is located in a modern development a short walk from Edinburgh’s Grassmarket. Central but peaceful, this lovely short stay accommodation is suitable for four guests and features a number of useful amenities, including a secure parking space for one car.
The pleasant lounge offers comfortable seating and Juliet balconies, while the spacious dining table allows guests to relax over a home cooked meal together. The kitchen – well equipped and featuring a microwave and washing machine – is ready to cater to all your culinary needs. Entertainment is supplied in the form of a flat screen TV, DVD player, Virgin TV and WiFi. Two large bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, offer a great night’s sleep in two double beds. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes this fantastic accommodation.
Conveniently placed between Grassmarket and Lothian Road, there is plenty to do right around the corner. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from, and the local grocery shops offer places to pick up supplies. A short walk or taxi ride will take you to Princes Street, the Royal Mile and George Street, while the local bus service can quickly and easily transport you to Edinburgh Zoo, HMS Britannia, the Botanic Gardens and many other exciting attractions.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
