This first floor apartment is a fantastic base to explore the amazing city of Edinburgh.

A plethora of Edinburgh attractions are only minutes walk, such as the Royal Scottish Museum and St Giles Cathedral. There is also an abundance of bars, restaurants and cafe's in the immediate area. This apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

LOUNGE/DRAWING ROOM: This is an extremely spacious room that provides a wonderful place for you to relax when you are not out and about the city. The room consists of two sofas, a dining table suitable for six people and some smaller items of furniture. A large Victorian fireplace with a gas coal effect fire dominates the room and provides additional heat to the electric heating. A selection of dvd's and cd's are provided for your enjoyment.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms contain double beds and are situated at the rear of the property for a quieter nights sleep. A wardrobe and chest of drawers in each room provide ample storage space for your possessions.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a fridge & freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine (separate tumble dryer in hall cupboard) and cutlery/crockery for up to six people.

SHOWER ROOM: A large shower unit with an instant electric shower. Please note there is no bath in this property.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received 2 months prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than approx 8 weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Please note that on arrival a refundable key/security deposit must be provided (100 pounds or 150 Euros or 150 US dollars ).

We offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby you will be met at a property at a pre-arranged time to give access. Full instructions of this are sent out in the formal confirmation. Entry is from 14:00 onwards but if nobody has booked to depart on your day of arrival it will probably be very suitable for us to give you entry as early as possible. Even if there is a booking departing that day it might still be possible to at least drop off luggage. Departure is by 10am (a guaranteed late departure up to 20:00 can be obtained for 50% of that daily rate. Please contact us if you want to utilise this facility and a price will be calculated).

Parking details Street parking is available but is expensive, various longer term parking solutions can be given.
