The South Maybury Residence is a fresh, modern second-floor apartment within a residential area, sleeping 4 guests. Accessing the city centre couldn’t be easier with Edinburgh’s excellent bus and tram services taking just 20 minutes, while Edinburgh Airport is only 5-10 minutes from the property. This is an excellent base from which to explore the city and further afield with great transport links right on your doorstep.
This self-catering apartment is fully furnished and decorated to an excellent standard, with underfloor heating in the living room ensuring your stay in Edinburgh is as cosy as possible. The comfortable sofas and TV in the living room also make the perfect combination for a family film night!
Moving through to the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Integrated appliances include a hob, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave & washing machine while cooking utensils are also provided.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large mirrored wardrobe - perfect for putting the finishing touches to any outfit! The second is a twin bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds and a chest of drawers.

This apartment is well catered with a Morrison’s Supermarket and high street retail stores at The Gyle Shopping Centre, just a short 5-minute drive away (or 10-minute walk, depending on our energetic you’re feeling), and a petrol station is just across the road.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the house is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and 40 pounds for arrivals after 11pm. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen house that day. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible to leave luggage and come back later. However, this is not always guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11am, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

The Waverley Park Terrace Residence is a delightful 2 bedroomed apartment sleeping up to 6 guests, located on the 1st floor and in a superb location. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, away from all the noise, hustle and bustle of the city, you’ll find Holyrood Park right on your doorstep. This self-catering apartment comes complete with a private parking space – a rarity in the city, and is fully furnished and provides everything you need to make your stay in Edinburgh as comfortable as possible.
Light and airy, the comfortably furnished living room has a cosy sofa that converts into a double sofa bed. Sit back and relax after a long day’s sightseeing and marvel at the stunning views over Arthur’s Seat. A Smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi provide your entertainment needs.

And The Queen is practically your neighbour as HRH’s Scottish residence the Palace of Holyroodhouse is a 5-minute walk away, along with The Scottish Parliament Building and the history-steeped Royal Mile.
There is a large Sainsbury’s superstore within a 5-minute walk at Meadowbank retail park for grocery shopping.
This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
