Sainsbury Local is just a few minutes walk and the Royal Mile and major Edinburgh attractions are around the corner, so you can enjoy all the city sights from your own comfortable and very central base. The Castle itself is on your doorstep: take the shortcut straight up the Castle Wynd South steps to reach the Castle gates.
Offers comfortable leather sofas and a dining table with chairs for four, plus flatscreen TV and complementary broadband. The room also features patio doors to the sunny terrace and stairs up to the shared lawn, with its mature apple tree and breathtaking views up to the Castle.
Equipped with modern fittings including fridge, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher , washing machine and cutlery & crockery for four. There is no freezer in this property.
Bedrooms 1 and 2
Each room offers a comfortable double bed and an integrated closet giving ample space for clothing and luggage. Each room has a window looking onto Castle Wynd South and each is located off the main hallway, with its shared bathroom.
Featuring pushbutton electric shower, sink and WC, the bathroom also offers a full-size bathtub.

* The airport bus drop off point and main railway station are 10 minutes walk.
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received 2 months prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than eight weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Please note that a separate 200 pounds refundable key/security deposit must be provided prior to arrival. This is rescinded 2 days after departure.

A "meet and greet" service is operated , whereby you will be met at a property at a pre-arranged time to give access. Full instructions of this procedure can be found in the secure guest area after a booking has been completed. It is very important that an approximate arrival time is provided before arrival for this process. Entry is from 14:00 onwards but if nobody has booked to depart on your day of arrival it will probably be very suitable for us to give you entry as early as possible. Departure is by 10am (a guaranteed late departure up to 20:00 can be obtained for 50% of that daily rate. Please contact us if you want to utilise this facility and a price will be calculated).
Please note that arrivals after 19:00 will incur a range of late arrival fee.
**LATE ARRIVAL: fees, 19:00 - 22:30 - 15 pounds, 22:31 - 00:00 - 30 pounds and 00:01 - 02:00 - 50 pounds. The latest access can be given is 02:00, otherwise it is given at 08:00 the next day. ESC accept no liability for any costs involved in alternative accommodation for this 6 hour period.

This three story apartment has a comfortable Living Room with lots of natural light and a cosy snug, perfect for a relaxing time with friends and family after a busy day of sightseeing. The kitchen and dining room were cleverly designed as a space that brings people together. The fully equipped galley style kitchen has with a pass through window into a large Dining Room, with a table that fits six for a nice meal.

For history buffs, this Townhouse once formed part of the impressive premises of the famous Bartholomew Mapmakers firm. The surrounding areas has a multitude of unique boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars.
- Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID.
- Important -
This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties, young single sex groups or parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

Sit back and relax at The Broomhouse Residence. A fresh, modern end terraced house within a quiet residential street, sleeping up to 8 guests - perfect for your next visit to Edinburgh.
The interior is beautifully finished and has a contemporary feel. Outside you can enjoy a private garden both to the front and rear of the property, as well as ample parking.
The city centre is easily accessible with Edinburgh’s excellent bus service, providing frequently serviced routes locally. And Edinburgh’s famous tram is within walking distance.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen. A modern open plan living /dining area, offering a good space to plan your day ahead. One double bedroom is also on this level, along with a toilet – assisting guests with limited mobility.
Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, each simply styled. Also, a bathroom, decorated in soothing tones, where you can relax after a day of sight-seeing.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
