Inverleith is characterised by its wealth of greenspace… the large expanse of Inverleith Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens, and with the neighbourhood just a quick journey to the city centre, not even a mile away, you couldn’t be better placed for a perfect trip to Edinburgh.

    This stylish apartment boasts fabulous interiors and is decorated with a chic palette throughout; the living room has two super comfy sofas and wooden floorboards, along with a Smart TV and complimentary WiFi.

    You’ll find everything on hand in the impressive kitchen/dining room to rustle up a tasty treat for everyone to enjoy on the farmhouse dining table that seats up to 6 guests. The high-spec integrated appliances include a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. And why not, kick back, relax and watch the world go by, in the bay window seating.

    You have a choice of two sizeable double bedrooms, one with a super king, the other with a king size bed, each featuring cosy coombed ceilings and carpeting for added comfort. The master bedroom faces the rear of the property overlooking the garden, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep and features an enormous built-in wardrobe, providing endless storage for all your holiday essentials.

    However the mood takes you, the fully tiled luxurious bathroom is a beautiful space to take a relaxing bath or an invigorating shower with an over-the-bath rainfall shower head.

    Please note that this property accommodates a maximum of 4 people, including babies and children. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded for insurance purposes.

    A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

    All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

    Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

    The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

  • The Causewayside Apartment @ Newington

    This simple tasteful property is positioned in a great location, only 5 minutes away from the Meadows. The space is decorated and furnished with style and an artful eye. The home style atmosphere will make you feel welcome from the start.

    Booking Requirements -
    One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
    We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

    Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
    Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee. This superhog verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.
