Ideal for couples, families or business visitors, this spacious, airy flat, built in 1820, can provide either a superking bed or two twins in each bedroom. Pet-free and smoke-free, a chance to relax in comfort and a bit of luxury! The rooms have high ceilings with decorative cornicing and are flooded with natural light.

There are 2 large double bedrooms both with Zip-Link beds, by default one room is set up as a super king and the other as a twin.
You can choose to have 4 Singles or 2 Super King beds.
Both beds are setup Scandinavian Style whereby there are 2 individual single duvets on each Superking.

The bathroom is very spacious and modern with a large corner shower and double sinks.
Kitchen

The East London Street Residence is a stunning 2-bedroom apartment that benefits from a fantastic city centre location, enjoying all the perks of city living. You'll be spoiled with a great selection of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants; all just a few minutes’ stroll from your doorstep in Broughton Street – one of Edinburgh’s favourite areas and perfect for lazy Sunday brunch or a spot of people watching. Fancy something more upmarket? An easy 10-minute amble – you will find an abundance of fine dining eateries in the St Andrew Square and George Street areas. Shopaholics are in luck as the upmarket shopping street Multrees Walk – think Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Harvey Nichols – are just a stones’ throw away, as well as the well-known retail haven, John Lewis.
This executive apartment is the height of sophistication and boasts contemporary interiors throughout, that sit perfectly alongside the original, classic Georgian features. Integrated appliances include an instant boiling water tap, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, cooking hob/oven and washing machine.
When you are ready to rest you can choose from two double bedrooms. The first bedroom is tastefully decorated with a feature wall and large wardrobe, plus a super king-size bed. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and window seat, as well as a television.
The modern family shower room includes a large shower featuring a rainfall shower head, a toilet and is the perfect place to get ready for your day exploring the city of Edinburgh.

This property doesn't come with free parking but there is paid street parking in the local area for an additional fee. Alternatively, paid parking is available a short walk away at the Omni Q-Park car park.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £25 for unsociable hours with arrivals after 22:00 incurring a late arrival fee of £40. Arrivals after midnight will access the property via a key safe. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 10:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
Bookings made at this property require a £200 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded to your card 5-7 working days after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Sleeping up to four guests in style, this light and airy property is the perfect pied-à-terre for your next visit to Edinburgh. The Lauderdale Street Residence delights the senses with bright and intriguing décor laced throughout, whilst retaining a touch of the traditional in features such as stained glass windows, fireplaces, ceiling cornicing, and stripped wooden floors.
Sit back and relax after a long day’s sightseeing in the large, light living room. Comfy chairs, artwork and a handpicked furnishings set the tone in this peaceful room. A Victorian bay window fills the room with sunshine, and allows guests to people-watch through the front terrace. The Lauderdale Street Residence is located in Marchmont, a laid back and friendly area just a ten minute walk from the Old Town. Just around the corner from the apartment on Marchmont Road are plenty of independent cafes and shops as well as a good sized Sainsbury's local for grocery shopping. The Meadows, one of Edinburgh's most loved parks, is a few minutes stroll away and perfect for a picnic or morning jog. If you're staying during the Festival and Fringe, then George Square, Underbelly and the Pleasance are all within a 20 minute walk.
