This two bedroom property is situated in the Leith Shore area and is just a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus journey from Princes St. The property is on the 3rd floor with lift, and benefits from free secure parking, as well as further on street free parking.

The double master bedroom features built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom, and there is a second, twin room, also with built in wardrobes. A further two guests can be accommodated on the comfy sofa bed in the living room.

The open plan living room and kitchen has a dining table for guests, and French doors with Juliet balcony. Entertainment needs are met with a large flat screen TV and DVD player, and stereo. The family bathroom features a large cubicle shower.

A communal patio garden is accessible through the 1st floor of the building.

The apartment is perfectly placed for the historic and cosmopolitan maritime Leith Shore, an up and coming area boasting a wide variety of restaurants, bars and bistros. Also within easy walking distance is the HMS Royal Yacht Britannia in Ocean Terminal.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

Please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and 40 pounds for arrivals after 11pm.

Excellent welcome; flat very clean and very well equipped, comfortable and quiet
