A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Therefore, if your group size does not meet the maximum occupancy and all guests can be accommodated in beds, the sofa bed will not be set up unless explicitly requested. For example: if your party size is 2 in a property that sleeps 4 using a double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed will not be set up unless requested and an additional fee paid.

The rental process was very easy and the confirmation and reminder Emails very helpful. Also very helpful on arrival day when O2 was out of commission and we could not access our emails for address, key code etc!
Lovely apartment just not the right location for us. Cleaners need to be a bit more thorough too as there were cobwebs in ceiling corners and the coffee machine had not been emptied.
