This family holiday home is a seaside property furnished and equipped to a high standard, ensuring that your stay is memorable. The garden is secure for children There is private parking for one car, a mature front garden with sun terrace and secure back garden. The local shops, the west beach and Westlinks Golf course are all only 2 minutes walk away. You access the property down some steps and onto the private front decked area

Open plan living areas provide a great sense of space, calm and comfort to chill out after a day of seaside fun, with a modern kitchen and fitted with all mod cons for easy self catering. Patio doors from the dining areas lead to private, south facing sun terraces, also means families can eat alfresco and catch a few rays. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washing machine, freezer (in utility cupboard) microwave and dishwasher
The family bathroom has a bath, shower unit above the bath, toilet and wash hand basin.
There is a private decked patio to the front of the property and a lovely secure garden to the rear. There is a patio area, decked area. with outside table and chairs for 4 guests plus a BBQ.
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.
You are welcome to bring 2 well behaved small dogs or one medium sized dog . There is a small charge of £30.00 per dog
To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment , this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then , thirty days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit of £150.00. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

The interior is beautifully finished and has a contemporary feel. Outside you can enjoy a private garden both to the front and rear of the property, as well as ample parking.
The city centre is easily accessible with Edinburgh’s excellent bus service, providing frequently serviced routes locally. And Edinburgh’s famous tram is within walking distance.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen. A modern open plan living /dining area, offering a good space to plan your day ahead. One double bedroom is also on this level, along with a toilet – assisting guests with limited mobility.
Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, each simply styled. Also, a bathroom, decorated in soothing tones, where you can relax after a day of sight-seeing.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
Please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a fee of £30 for unsociable hours.
