The comfortable living room provides plenty of space to relax, whilst the open plan kitchen and dining area is an ideal location for catching up with friends or family, or discussing plans for your next day of exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer.
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and all the other modern facilities you could expect. Wifi Internet access is available within the property, and you’ll find two TV’s with freeview channels, one also offers a DVD player, and bluetooth speakers.
The property also provides plenty of sleeping space. You will find two double bedrooms, both featuring king size beds, and an additional room with bunk beds. A rollout trundle offers an additional bed, allowing this property to sleep up to 7 in comfort.
Outside, as well as the excellent parking facilities, you’ll find a lovely garden, complete with manicured lawn and decking area.
The property is located just a 10 minute drive from Edinburgh Airport, and a five minute walk to Edinburgh Zoo. The Edinburgh Airbus runs regularly from the airport, and stops just a short walk from the property. You can get into the city centre with ease, either by taxi (roughly a 10 minute journey), or by bus (approximately 20 minutes) the property is also 30 minutes walking distance to Murrayfield stadium.
This apartment operates a self check-in with key safe, however a meet and greet can also be arranged.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 may incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours if a meet and greet is requested. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

This property is on ground floor, however there is a step up to the front door so would be suitable for those with mobility issues but not wheelchair users.
