This is a fantastic, luxury apartment sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, and is right in the heart of the city centre. The local area, the New Town, is awash with restaurants, bars and shopping, and the Old Town is just a few minutes away.

The living area is open plan, with feature fireplace and expertly furnished. Cable TV, DVD player, DVDs, CD/Radio player and WiFi are all available for guests use. The adjoining kitchen comes with all mod cons, breakfast bar and coved dining area. The three double bedrooms all feature their own en suite with either shower or bath, king size beds and ample storage.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

Easy contact with rep.. Problem about heating resolved quite quickly by rep bringing additional heaters

The rooms and facilities were of high quality. Only downside was the poor heating. Even though the boiler appeared to be working correctly most of the radiators failed to heat up.
