It is situated on the second floor of an attractive Georgian town house in Edinburgh’s historic New Town, just 10 mins walk to the city centre. The location manages to blend the benefits of a blissfully quiet street with unrivalled ease of access to the main tourist sites and the area’s independent bars and cafés, designer boutiques, award winning restaurants, and the thriving comedy, music and theatre scene…. all within easy walking distance.

This elegantly appointed apartment has a spacious living/dining room, stylish well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a family bathroom with shower over bath. The light and airy bedrooms include quality beds ensuring a great night’s sleep. The in-house laundry facilities make this apartment perfect for a quick city break or as an extended home away from home.

This property is NOT suitable for pets.

The apartment is convenient for both Waverley Train station, and trams to Murrayfield and Edinburgh Airport, as well as having on-street metered parking in front of the property…and free parking at the weekend.

Entrance to this second floor apartment is through a well maintained hallway and stair, complete with an entry phone system. Please note that because of the age of the building, there is no lift to this apartment.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. The latest departure time is 11:00 although, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
