Amenities provided include: Fibre Internet, Smart TV, bedding, towels, hairdryer, iron. Easily accessible from the airport, train stations or by road.

The one bedroom flat is situated in the charming world heritage site of Well Court, you’ll be taken back in time as you enter the charming property with period sash windows. Be sure to walk around the courtyard to admire the clock tower and enjoy access directly to the water of Leith Riverside walk, you are also just a short stroll into the West End of the city centre where there is a variety of different bars and restaurants to suit any taste.

The layout of the property consists of entrance hallway, bathroom with shower over bath, living room with a small futon and dining table, bedroom with king size bed, a small kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and sink.

Please note: the futon is suitable for a child. If you require the use of the futon ,there will be a small additional charge. The linen is stored in the property.

Additionally, please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

The latest departure time is 10:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
