A newly renovated, beautifully presented ground floor apartment, forming part of a mature modern development. Quietly positioned with an excellent outlook over the Union Canal, this apartment boasts a private parking space – a rarity in the city – and is situated under a mile from the city centre.

This bright apartment offers comfortable and well-planned accommodation in excellent decorative order throughout. The sitting/dining room is particularly cosy with double comfy sofas and offers dining for up to four guests. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, and unlimited complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the apartment.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catered stay, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob.

A lovely double bedroom overlooks a quiet area of the development, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and provides ample storage space in double glass-fronted built-in wardrobes. A sophisticated shower room with a large walk-in shower completes this home-from-home property.

Further benefits of the property include electric heating, double glazed throughout, attractive landscaped grounds, and an allocated parking space.

Step outside and you’ll find a beautiful walkway alongside the canal, providing a peaceful stroll into town, and the route stretches for miles in the opposite direction, offering endless easy cycling and wildlife spotting opportunities.

The local area has lots to offer with Fountain Park just a short walk away, housing an array of restaurants, an Imax Cineworld, ten-pin bowling, a trampoline park, and adventure crazy golf!

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50, and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
