We had a wonderful time with seven friends at Anna's house. It was in a lovely quiet location and the house itself was very spacious and cosy. Everything you could possibly need!

A great family stay. Karen, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. The house is beautifully renovated, very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. We used the three main bedrooms which are close to each other on the landing but not the fourth which is up narrow steps from the kitchen. Easy walk to the shops and cafes of Stockbridge; Waitrose a short walk away. The booking involved 3 different companies (Airbnb being one of them) with different roles but it all worked well in the end. We would definitely stay in this lovely house again.

This would be one of the best Airbnbs i stayed ever globally! its worth every cent. I wished we had booked more days to stay there as it felt truly right at home and we didn't want to leave. The home is just so beautiful and we truly appreciated the welcome whisky and wine that we enjoyed. Karen who was our host at welcoming us was so sweet and responsive for all my questions. Not just the adults, but the kids also loved the whole home. If i come back to Edinburgh, i am staying there again :)

The whole process from booking to checking in was flawless, and we got answers to any clarification we needed. Really great experience, worth it. And the house is a gem, in a very nice location, close to the busy road in Stockbridge.

It's not often that you arrive at an Airbnb place and discover that the home is even better than the photos and description. Beautifully decorated and appointed with an exceptionally well stocked kitchen. A fabulous neighborhood with an incredible selection of quality restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk and Waitrose being the nearest corner shop! Highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

Amazing property and location. Walked in and immediately felt right at home. House was well appointed and there wasn't anything missing. Lots of great amenities nearby. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Charming and centrally located. You’re perfectly nestled between a local high street with all the small shops, cafes, and restaurants you could need, and the main sites around the Royal Mile. The AirBnB feels like home - sophisticated but relaxing with everything you need to live your best life on holiday or for work. Side note: they have a separate washer and dryer. Win!

We really enjoyed our stay! Nice flat in a quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms are up stairs. Nice sitting area and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive! I would stay there again.

This is a very beautiful house in a very desirable part of Edinburgh. It’s stylish, comfortable and has all the amenities you will need. Wonderful dining kitchen - great for socialising as a family or group, lovely little garden and a very relaxing lounge. The three upstairs bedrooms are a delight, especially the incredible master bedroom; the fourth bedroom (up off the kitchen) is more suitable for young ones. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Wonderful home and host! Thank you Anna and Karen for a dreamy stay :) we chilled in the cozy yet spacious lounge, drank tea in the secluded yet sunny garden and cooked in the incredibly well equipped kitchen. Super stylish, bright and welcoming home in a peaceful street and 10 mins walk to trendy restaurants and coffee shops. Waters of Leith walk also close by. While this listing is on the pricier side, it is definitely worth the stay. Considering it’s already pricey to stay in this city, the house was an absolute gem. Space was great for big groups like ours and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

The best house we stayed in while we were in UK. Ivan and Karen were so nice. We got a lot of complimentaries because of only a minor problem which did not affect our stay. Beautiful house! We all loved it!

Beautiful house and well equipped. The 4th twin bedroom is in a different part of the house (like an extension off the kitchen) and was a bit colder in there and is almost isolated from the rest of the house. Just something to bear in mind if you need to use this extra room. The house is really lovely and has been tastefully decorated throughout. It’s well located on the outskirts of the city centre but very easy to walk into the centre (about 20 minutes walk). Check in and out was very straightforward. Good communication from the property manager and she talked us through everything when we arrived. Welcome pack was a nice addition- would benefit from fresh milk but had everything else. Really lovely stay and highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable house, very good central heating, hot water was great. House nicely furnished, kitchen is well equipped. The garage is a little on the small side, but the did fit, barely!

2 stories, enormous ceilings, outstanding kitchen and a bedroom room /laundry “annex” that would be the envy of anyone needing to give some kids their own space and get some clothes sparkling clean …suitable for anyone looking for extreme comfort in one of the worlds best cities !

Beautiful Townhouse with peaceful garden
Great place for our base camp to Edinburgh and nearby attractions. Very nice neighborhood. If you have a large SUV or Van parking is a challenge. We did find overnight parking at the end of the street.

This is a house worth visiting again, especially if you love cooking. The kitchen is well-equipped for you to make the best use of it. The garden is also a place where people can relax their body and mind. When the weather is nice, you can also dine there, which is perfect.

The Victorian Townhouse was the perfect place for my family to spend three days and get to know Edinburgh. There was plenty of room for the seven of us and it was located close enough to main attractions to make getting around pretty easy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The garden out back was beautiful and a fun locale to have a few drinks.

Our host was easy to contact and very responsive. The only regret we had on the whole trip was not being able to stay longer.

Highly recommend this townhouse- we had 6 adults and one infant. Location is excellent, and the walled garden was a treat. Walking distance to Botanical Garden, shops and local food coop yet quiet. Property manager arranged for hired van to meet us at Airport and made it much easier after red eye flight from the States.

Very comfortable house, really great kitchen.
Stockbridge (if you're unfamiliar with Edinburgh)
is a good area and close to the centre. The proof of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. The Edinburgh Address pulled the stops out when another property we had booked became flooded and found us a replacement that was fundamentally an upgrade without a quibble.

I just wanted to thank you for all your help booking the house at Stockbridge for Katie's wedding weekend.
It was absolutely perfect, we loved staying there. It is a beautiful property and we have some beautiful photographs to remember our special weekend!
