One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

Set in the heart of the stunningly beautiful, privately owned, 40-acre Carberry Tower Estate in the glorious East Lothian countryside, Willow Lodge is a spacious, 4 bedroom home furnished and equipped to an exemplary standard with luxury touches throughout, including an outdoor hot tub and large, enclosed private garden.
Perfect for families, multi-generational breaks and golfing getaways, the bright and airy accommodation consists of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with a spacious open plan kitchen/diner and living room, with French doors leading to the perfectly maintained garden and a luxurious, 5 seater hot tub.
The en-suite master bedroom is on the first floor and there is a second en-suite master bedroom on the ground floor - which is perfect for family members who appreciate luxury, but wish to avoid climbing any stairs.
Two other bedrooms are on the first floor along with a modern family bathroom and there is also plenty of built-in wardrobes and generous storage cupboards for all your holiday necessities.
Whether you decide to take advantage of the luxury kitchen for cooking up a treat or want to dine out, the multi-award-winning Campaign Room Bistro at Carberry Tower is only a short walk away through the Estate. And during your stay, you may even want to book an indulgent Afternoon Tea in the Mansion House and live like a Lord and Lady for the day.
You are also very welcome to enjoy the Boar Bar in the old gun rooms of Carberry Tower and enjoy the fabulous selection of craft ales, wines, whiskies and spirits - without having to drive home!
