    This flat is very comfortable and situated on a central stretch of Edinburgh's famous 'Royal Mile'. This is a bright, 2nd floor flat with one bedroom containing two single beds and one double sofabed in the lounge area. There is a shared patio to the rear of the flat with views to the North of the City.

    Pubs, clubs, pavement cafes and restaurants are all within one minute walk in this historic city. The Royal Mile is situated at the heart of Edinburgh's major sights such as Edinburgh Castle, Mary King's Close, St. Giles Cathedral, Holyrood Palace, The Witchery, Scottish Parliament Building and Scotland's major galleries and museums including the Whisky Heritage museum. It is also within easy walking distance from Edinburgh's principle shopping area, Princes Street.

    Open topped tour buses are also within easy walking distance at Waverley train station. The former Royal Yacht Britannia is worth a visit at Leith's Ocean Terminal.     If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

    The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

    A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
