There is also a separate shower room.

    If you can bear to drag yourself away from this delightful property, you’ll find yourself in Edinburgh’s fashionable Newington area. Awash with delis, cafes and shops, you can quite easily spend hours here, experiencing new tastes or sipping fresh coffee. A small stroll away lies the bridges - North and South Bridge, as well as Chambers Street. All three areas are hubs filled with things to do and see, including the National Museum of Scotland and Greyfriar’s Kirk, which are both certainly worth a visit!

    This property is also ideally located for all of you festival goers - Potterrow doubles as an excellent festival venue during the summer months, and is just a short stroll away! Also nearby is Edinburgh Universitys Teviot, which acts as a chilled out bar and restaurant during term time and transforms into famous festival venue Gilded Balloon, home to If you’d like world renowned comedians and comedy shows. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

    The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

The Meadows, one of Edinburgh's most loved parks, is a few minutes stroll away and perfect for a picnic or morning jog. Less than a mile away and you’ll find yourself in our medieval Old Town, famous for the Royal Mile and of course Edinburgh Castle. If you're staying during the Festival and Fringe, then George Square, Underbelly and the Pleasance are all within a 20 minute walk.
