After a day exploring Edinburgh’s Old Town, you can snuggle under a blanket with your favourite book near the fireplace. A perfect end to a perfect day.

    If you’re travelling on a budget, a self-catering holiday means you can enjoy breakfast or dinner in your holiday flat. For our self-catering travellers, this holiday home comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

    Its modern kitchen has a large oven with gas hobs, kettle and toaster. There’s also a small dining area, where you can savour your morning coffee and scrambled eggs.

    Our stylish holiday flat Edinburgh features one double bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and vanity station. Here, you can get ready for your day out and about. With its two single beds, this holiday home is perfect for friends or family.

    Nearby, you’ll also find a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, large mirror, wash basin and heated towel rails. The apartment also benefits from a second washroom with toilet and sink. All towels and linens are provided.

    It’s also within easy walking distance of Edinburgh’s enchanting Royal Botanical Gardens, making it an attractive area for families. From Cannon Street, you can also take the #23 or #27 buses to Edinburgh Old Town, where you’ll find Edinburgh’s main tourist attractions like Edinburgh Castle, National Museum, Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace.

    A personal greeter will be on-hand to welcome you to your holiday home if required. We’ll explain the basics of the apartment as well as recommendations and keys. Check-in is between 15.00 and 22.00 hours. Late arrivals (between 22:00-24:00), early check-ins (between 12.00-15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) will accrue a £40 charge.

  • The New Lochend Park View Residence

    The New Lochend Park View Residence is a fabulous, modern 3rd floor apartment with a free underground car parking space, perfect for exploring the city of Edinburgh

    The apartment is located just over a mile from the city centre in an attractively landscaped courtyard close to the local amenities on offer on Easter Road and Leith Walk, where you will find a vast cosmopolitan variety of small local retailers, cafes and restaurants. A Sainsburys supermarket is nearby at Meadowbank Retail Park for grocery shopping.

    The area is very well served by local buses with regular links to the City and surrounding areas, including Princes Street that offers further high street retailers and specialist shopping. The Omni Centre and the cities cinemas, theatres and galleries are just a short distance away.

    The spacious open plan living/kitchen area is ideal for relaxing or rustling up some culinary treats following a day sightseeing to enjoy at the dining table, while the L shaped sofa converts into a double sofa bed for two additional guests if required. Smart TV offering Netflix, free WiFi, books and an ipod docking station are on hand.

    The snazzy, contemporary kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer.

    The master bedroom features a king size bed and overlooks a quiet area ensuring a peaceful night's rest and a large mirrored wardrobe providing plentiful storage. The stylish family bathroom with a tiled floor and over the bath shower completes this wonderful holiday home.

    This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

    Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

    The latest departure time is 10:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

    Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have only booked for two guests, there will be an additional fee for the provision of the sofa bed.

    The Tollcross Residence is an amazing, must- see property. Located at the edge of the historic Old Town, this stunningly kept 1 bedroom property is the perfect escape home away from home. This chic, modern property includes all the mod-cons you’d expect, as well as free parking, which is a rare find in the city centre!

    Thoughtfully decorated throughout, the Tollcross Residence is a delight for the weary traveller. The sitting room includes soft sofas and a flat screen tv - perfect for curling up with a good film! The space is open and bright, and is also features a dining table which seats up to 4. Moving through to the kitchen, and you’ll find another gorgeously bright room, with plenty of preparation space and a range-style cooker.

    When you’ve had your fill of exploring the closes and cobbled streets, we guarantee you’ll sleep tight in the Tollcross Residence’s blissfully comfortable double bedroom. A fluffy, cosy double bed with luxury linens awaits you, and we hope you have nothing but sweet dreams.
    Completing this gorgeous property is a large and well appointed bathroom, which features a shower over bath.

    As we’ve already mentioned, this property does come complete with one designated parking space - but we haven’t even mentioned the deck! A delightful outside area, perfect for enjoying a crisp glass of wine or some al fresco lunch, the deck can be accessed from the bedroom or living area.

    The Tollcross Residence is well serviced by local amenities. It is close to shops, public transport and a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a remarkable amount of homely, welcoming pubs near this property, including the Blackbird bar and restaurant, Montpelliers and The Apartment restaurant, to name but a few! If you'd like to venture further afield, then the area is well serviced by the efficient Lothian bus company, and Princes Street and the Old Town are a short walk away.

    A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

    Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60.
