    A stylish, spacious three bedroom holiday cottage in East Linton with a lovely private back garden, Driftwood Cottage is a bright and cozy cottage which sleeps up to 7 guests. The property is located in lovely East Linton - within a few minutes walk there are two country pubs and several independent shops, including the award winning butchers and deli/coffee house. This tasteful cottage has been fully modernised and the sitting room is bright and airy with large glass sliding doors opening out onto a decked area and private back garden. There is also a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The sitting room ceiling has apex style skylights, allowing you to kick back and relax on the sofa to star gaze! In addition, there is a snug room with a wood burning stove for use on chilly nights and plenty of books for loan. The combination of the relaxing garden space and appealing interior space makes Driftwood a great year round choice.

    Twin bedroom with two single beds - ground floor
    Double bedroom with a double bed - first floor
    Small family bedroom with a super king sized bed and a high cabin bed - first floor. The (small single) high cabin bed is raised and suitable for children aged under 12.

    Bathrooms: Family bath room with a free standing roll top bath on the ground floor level and a walk in shower cubical, wash hand basin and w/c. On the first floor level there is also a shower room with wash hand basin and w/c.

    Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, fridge freezer, a range gas hob and electric oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs for up to 8 guests.

    The rest of the pretty village of East Linton is easily accessible from Driftwood on foot. A short (3 mile) car ride takes you to Tyninghame beach, one of the loveliest beaches in the area, or two miles away is Binning wood for atmospheric woodland walks. Closer to hand, you can stroll miles by the river which passes through the village.

    There is free unrestricted on road parking outside the property. All linen, electricity, heating and water are included. Non-smoking. A travel cot and and a high chair are available on request.

    Outside: Enjoy the private garden with the deck area, and lawn plus BBQ with table and chairs. The decked area has table and chairs for enjoying outside dining or just relaxing with your favourite tipple.

    Driftwood Cottage is perfect for a family holiday, couples and golfers. Only 6 miles or approximately 15 minutes drive from the very popular town of North Berwick.

    To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

    Dating from 1810 when it was built as a tea merchant’s warehouse this stylish 2 bedroom modern mews house in the heart of the New Town is tucked away in a quiet side street offering a peaceful retreat from the hubbub of city life. It is a short stroll to vibrant Broughton Street, which offers a wide range of Cafes, Bars and Restaurants as well as an eclectic selection of local shops and boutiques, as well as Edinburgh’s buzzing new retail mall in the St James Quarter. The property also benefits from a small, attractive, private garden area with outdoor seating on a patio where you can sit and catch the evening sun with a glass of wine. The property is close to Picardy Place tram stop for easy access to the airport and Murrayfield Stadium.

    The Lauderdale Street Residence is located in Marchmont, a laid back and friendly area just a ten minute walk from the Old Town. Just around the corner from the apartment on Marchmont Road are plenty of independent cafes and shops as well as a good sized Sainsbury's local for grocery shopping. The Meadows, one of Edinburgh's most loved parks, is a few minutes stroll away and perfect for a picnic or morning jog. If you're staying during the Festival and Fringe, then George Square, Underbelly and the Pleasance are all within a 20 minute walk.

    This property doesn't come with free parking but there is limited paid street parking in local area for an additional fee.

    Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. We also recommend that you take a stroll through the vast greenery in the heart of the city, or have a gander at the myriad of wonders in the National Museum of Scotland. If you’d like to check out the attractions of the Royal Mile and Princes Street, a mere ten-minute walk will lead you to both.     This flat is very comfortable and situated just a few yards off Edinburgh's famous 'Royal Mile'. This is a lovely, bright, 1st floor flat with one bedroom containing a standard size double bed and two single camp beds. The flat has a separate living room, separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and short bath. The TV in the living room is a Smart TV so you can watch all of your favourite shows!

    Pubs, clubs, pavement cafes and restaurants are all within one minute walk in this historic city. The Royal Mile is situated at the heart of Edinburgh's major sights such as Edinburgh Castle, Mary King's Close, St. Giles Cathedral, Holyrood Palace, The Witchery, Scottish Parliament Building and Scotland's major galleries and museums including the Scotch Whisky Experience. It is also within easy walking distance from Edinburgh's principle shopping area, Princes Street.

    Open topped tour buses are also within easy walking distance at Waverley train station. The former Royal Yacht Britannia is worth a visit at Leith's Ocean Terminal. Further afield, within a few hours travelling you can visit St.Andrews, home of golf and take tours of the highlands of Scotland including Loch Ness and the romantic Isle of Skye.

    At the top of the street there is a newsagent for immediate supplies and there is a Co-Op/small supermarket down St Mary's Street (turn left from the flat and straight on for 5minutes).
