    LOUNGE/KITCHEN ROOM
    An extremely spacious and light room that will prove the centre-point for your stay. Two large comfortable sofas are provided to relax on and for entertainment there is a widescreen tv in this delightful, warm and open room. Guests with appropriate laptop facilities can enjoy broadband access through wi-fi.

    The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer/dryer and cutlery & crockery. There is a breakfast bar with four stools for dining.

    BEDROOM 1
    Bedrooms contain a beautiful comfortable kingsize bed and is equipped to allow you to make the most of your stay, with ample storage space, mirrors and lighting. There is a wonderful view from the window of the HQ of the Bank of Scotland and to Carlton Hill and beyond to the River Forth.

    BEDROOM 2
    Bendroom two has fantastic super kingsize zip'n'link bed that can be split into two 3ft single beds. It has beautifully furnished with copious storage. This room also benefits from having an LCD TV with digital channels available. This room also has the wonderful view from the window of the HQ of the Bank of Scotland and to Carlton Hill and beyond to the River Forth.

    BATHROOM
    A good-sized designer bathroom with attractive fixtures, bath, walk-in power shower and heated towel rail complete this distinctive property.

    Situated in a Victorian building Blair Street Scott is a superbly located apartment in the heart of the Old Town only 50 metres from the Royal Mile and offering a fantastic base to explore the amazing city of Edinburgh. This property shares a a private vestibule area with the Blair St Burns apartment next door and is therefore an excellent choice for larger groups or families who want to be close to each other.

    This bright , elegant self catering apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible and offers a host of contemporary and period features. Located opposite Mercat Tours and the Edinburgh Vaults (the underground chambers where Burke and Hare would find their victims). The apartment is on the lower ground floor of the building with a view of the street to the front and from the bedrooms at the back. On entering the building there are 4 steps up to the main door and then 8 stairs down to the apartment.

    The historic Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site boasting a wealth of charm and character. Main shopping and commercial thoroughfares are within walking distance and include high street retailers , fine restaurants and fashionable bars.
    The property is extremely well placed for the many famous historical places of interest including galleries, museums and theatres. Edinburgh castle is a short 400 metre walk up the Royal Mile which is a mere 50 metres from the flat. The Palace of Holyrood House and Scottish Parliament can be reached with a short walk downhill.
    The Grassmarket and Royal Mile offer a superb choice of specialty shops , restaurants, bars , coffee shops and boutiques. . A Sainsbury local and Tesco express are only 5 minutes away on North Bridge.
    A wide variety of bus services are available nearby and Waverley train station is a 5 minute walk.

    Both bedrooms are at the rear of the property and are also secondary glazed to ensure a good night's sleep.     This two bedroom property is situated in the Leith Shore area and is just a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus journey from Princes St. The property is on the 3rd floor with lift, and benefits from free secure parking, as well as further on street free parking.

    The double master bedroom features built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom, and there is a second, twin room, also with built in wardrobes. A further two guests can be accommodated on the comfy sofa bed in the living room.

    The open plan living room and kitchen has a dining table for guests, and French doors with Juliet balcony. Entertainment needs are met with a large flat screen TV and DVD player, and stereo. The family bathroom features a large cubicle shower.

    A communal patio garden is accessible through the 1st floor of the building.

    The apartment is perfectly placed for the historic and cosmopolitan maritime Leith Shore, an up and coming area boasting a wide variety of restaurants, bars and bistros. Also within easy walking distance is the HMS Royal Yacht Britannia in Ocean Terminal.

    A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

    All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

    This wonderful two bedroom apartment is in a fantastic location, and comes complete with secure parking.

    This 4th floor property (with lift) has been expertly furnished, offering luxury and comfort for your stay. The living room provides plenty of space to relax after a busy day exploring Edinburgh, as well as offering a dining area for a delicious meal with friends or family. There is a flat screen TV in the living room, and wifi is provided throughout the apartment.

    The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

    Bedroom 1 features a double bed, and an en-suite shower room with toilet and basin. In bedroom 2 you will find a double bed. Both bedrooms have plentiful guest storage. There is also a main bathroom with a bath and shower over, toilet and basin.

    Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

    The location is ideal. You’ll be staying at the base of Holyrood Park, with Holyrood Palace (the Queen’s official residence in Scotland) and the Royal Mile just minutes away from the front door. You’re also just moments away from the Scottish Parliament building, and popular attractions such as Our Dynamic Earth.

    A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

    Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

    The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
