This beautiful holiday apartment is entered via Cranston Street. The entire property is located on the corner of The Royal Mile, giving the benefit of every room a different view either up or down the 'Mile.
This particular Edinburgh holiday rental apartment has 3 large bedrooms, Master bedroom has 2 singles (can be pushed together and made as King on request) with ensuite, a twin bedroom.. again (can be pushed together and made as King on request) and a double bedroom.
All beds have been completely replaced in June 2021 with luxury Anti bacterial Orthopaedic mattresses.
The lounge is spacious enough to offer 2 single Divan Ultra Aerobeds if required to take the occupancy up to the maximum of 8 adults.
Some of Edinburgh's historic landmarks and tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle are only a short stroll up The Royal Mile from the apartment.
A stunning contemporary lounge with huge windows overlooking the famous Royal Mile. This Holiday let was fully refurbished in late 2004 and has been completely transformed to provide the prefect living space and in turn the perfect place to stay when on holiday in Scotlands capital city.
The lounge area is very spacious and has a foldout oak dining table to accommodate 6 adults. The stylish leather sofas, small balcony and plasma tv make this room a true delight.

The master suite in this apartment has large windows looking down Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile, 2 single beds that can easily become a King, double glass wardrobes and a fully refurbished en-suite bathroom with shower (June 2021).
Our double room has a queensize bed, double wardrobe and views directly onto The Royal Mile.
The third bedroom also overlooks The Royal Mile from jeffrey street side, this bedroom has 2 fullsize single beds or 1 x Super King Size bed.
This apartment has two delightful bathrooms the main bathroom is a family size facility with a full size bath, shower, heated towel rail and shaver point mirror with light. (fully refurbished June 2021)
The second bathroom is an en-suite behind a smoked glass door in the master bedroom (fully refurbished June 2021).

Being located on The Royal Mile many of Edinburgh's tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle are a short stroll away.
This apartment benefits from a very bright spacious lounge with large windows overlooking The Royal Mile. The lounge has a double sofa bed and dining area recessed into the rear of the room, with oak table and seating for up to 6.
Smaller of the rooms is a double and is located quietly to the rear of the property.

Our three bedroom holiday apartment with its open-plan layout is one of our most beautiful properties. The living room has plenty of natural lighting and has elegant wooden floors. Decor draws of Scandinavian influences with stylish greys, touches of yellow and geometrical patterns.
The living room features two large comfy sofas, perfect for reading your favourite book and relaxing after a day exploring our amazing city. One of these sofas turns into a sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests (charges apply). In the living room, you’ll also find a large bookcase with a small collection of novels and magazines and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player.

Our stylish holiday apartment has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large, super comfortable king size bed and ensuite facilities. It’s decorated in warm brown tones with wooden bed frame, bedside table and wardrobe. The ensuite has a stylish walk-in rain shower, heated towel rails and a large wall mirror, ideal for getting ready.
Next door, you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds. Also decorated in warm brown tones, this room has lots of natural lighting and a window that looks onto the nearby neighbourhood. The third bedroom has one single bed.
Both the second and third bedrooms share the family bathroom with bathtub for bathing the kids as well as a shower. There’s also heated towel rails and a large mirror in this bathroom. All linens and towels are provided.

Located on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, this holiday apartment has one of the best locations in the city. You cannot get more central. Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street and the National Museum are only a stone’s throw away, 550 meters to be exact. You can also easily walk to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat. Along the Royal Mile, you’ll find a fantastic collection of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and traditional pubs.
If you’re arriving by train, Waverley Station is only 350 metres from the flat. From here, you can also quickly catch the bus to the airport. Making it possible to enjoy your stay without having to worry about parking or taking public transport everywhere.

A personal greeter will be on-hand to welcome you to your holiday home if required. We’ll explain the basics of the apartment as well as recommendations and keys. Check in is between 15.00 and 22.00 hours. Late arrivals (between 22:00-24:00), early check-ins (between 12.00-15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) will accrue a £40 charge.
