The apartment hallway provides plenty of space for luggage and coats etc., and two ample cupboards house the utility cupboard with drying space.
This room features two sets of patio doors out to the private courtyard at the front and allows a view of the back. This area is fitted with solid oak flooring. There is a comfortable sitting area which consists of two comfortable sofas (one sofabed) easy chairs, dining table suitable for 6 - 8 and some smaller items of furniture. A TV with 30 digital channels, DVD player and a selection of DVDs are available for your enjoyment. Also a CD HiFi system is provided.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, microwave oven, cutlery and crockery for up to 6 people.
Located at the back of the building this quiet, carpeted bedroom contains a double bed. It has an interesting feature wall preserved from the old building behind which is a separate dressing area and en-suite. A large built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage and hanging space with other small items of furniture. The en-suite is fully fitted with shower, sink and WC.

A "meet and greet" service is operated , whereby you will be met at a property at a pre-arranged time to give access. Full instructions of this procedure are sent out in the formal confirmation. Entry is from 14:00 onwards but if nobody has booked to depart on your day of arrival it will probably be very suitable for us to give you entry as early as possible. Departure is by 10am (a guaranteed late departure up to 20:00 can be obtained for 50% of that daily rate. Please contact us if you want to utilise this facility and a price will be calculated).
Please note that arrivals after 19:00 will incur a range of late arrival fee.
**LATE ARRIVAL: fees, 19:00 - 22:30 - 15 pounds, 22:31 - 00:00 - 30 pounds and 00:01 - 02:00 - 50 pounds. The latest access can be given is 02:00, otherwise it is given at 08:00 the next day. ESC accept no liability for any costs involved in alternative accommodation for this 6 hour period.
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received 2 months prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than eight weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Please note that a separate 200 pounds refundable key/security deposit must be provided prior to arrival. This is rescinded 2 days after departure.

The front door opens to a generous and welcoming reception hall and the accommodation flows from here. Tastefully furnished throughout, detailing original artwork and featuring enormous floor to ceiling windows, giving the whole apartment a bright and open aspect. With plentiful light, the spacious open plan living room/dining area is the perfect space to sit back and relax after a long day’s sightseeing. Your entertainment needs are taken care of with Smart TV, WiFi internet access with high-speed broadband. Moving through to the modern kitchen with gleaming white countertops, you’ll find all the mod cons the discerning traveller needs to cook up a treat. The integrated appliances include a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer.
Time to rest? The double bedroom overlooks a quiet area of the development, ensuring a good night’s sleep and provides ample storage in double glass fronted wardrobes. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the double sofa-bed in the living room. A slick bathroom with over-bath shower completes this gorgeous property.
Quartermile is a prestigious locale, and well positioned right on the edge city’s historic centre. Edinburgh Castle and the Royal mile are just a 10-minute walk away. Adjacent to Quartermille are the beautiful open spaces of The Meadows – grasslands crossed by tree-lined paths, and Bruntsfield – a haven for independent shops, bars and eateries.
In the opposite direction, all just a stroll away, you will find an abundance of fine dining eateries in the St Andrew Square and George Street areas. Shopaholics are in luck, with the upmarket shopping street Multrees Walk – think Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Harvey Nichols.
Within the development itself lies a Sainsbury's, Starbucks coffee shop and Peter's Yard, so you merely have to pop out of the front door to find yourself some great food or hot morning coffee.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £25 for unsociable hours with arrivals after 22:00 incurring a late arrival fee of £40. Arrivals after midnight will access the property via a key safe. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
