Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment, in a great location and complete with secure parking.
This property is located on the second floor of a modern building, with lift access, and has been furnished to a very high standard. The spacious living room offers comfy sofas, and a dining area for spending time relaxing after a long day seeing all that Edinburgh has to offer. Wifi is provided free of charge.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you could need for your stay.
Two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping space for up to 4 people. One bedroom has a super king bed, but it can also be set up as a twin room (two single beds). This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features a fixed double bed. Both bedrooms offer top quality memory foam, with pocketed spring mattresses for our guests comfort.
The main bathroom in the property has a bath with shower over.

The location is arguably one of the best in Edinburgh. The Queen’s official Scottish home (Holyrood Palace) is just around the corner, as is the world-famous Royal Mile, the Scottish Parliament Building and Holyrood Park.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; Check ins after 8pm will be subject to a late entry fee of £20, and check ins after 11pm are subject to a fee of £40. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
