Drummond Street runs between South Bridge and The Pleasance and is particularly convenient for access to the University and the City Centre. It is served by an excellent range of local shops in nearby South Clerk Street and Nicolson Street and is also ideal for access to the many cinemas, concert halls, theatres and the like in the locality.
The open green spaces of the Meadows and Holyrood Park are both within easy walking distance and the property is well served by buses to and from the City Centre which can also be reached easily on foot.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

Please note that there is an additional charge for use of the sofa bed. Therefore, if your group size does not meet the maximum occupancy and all guests can be accommodated in beds, the sofa bed will not be set up unless explicitly requested. For example: if your party size is 2 in a property that sleeps 4 using a double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed will not be set up unless requested and an additional fee paid.

The cooker ,oven and hob were broken incurring more cost than expected. I had to dispose of the groceries I bought and had take aways

Service rating : We are very sorry that this guest had a bad experience at this property. Unfortunately this property is part of a cross advertising arrangement and is not a property fully managed by ESC Ltd and is operated by another company. However we do still expect guests who book external properties to still have a wonderful experience. We have reported this to the operators of the property that there are issues that need to be resolved.
