This elegantly appointed apartment has a spacious living/dining room, stylish well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a family bathroom with shower over bath. The light and airy bedrooms include quality beds ensuring a great night’s sleep. The in-house laundry facilities make this apartment perfect for a quick city break or as an extended home away from home.

The apartment is convenient for both Waverley Train station, and trams to Murrayfield and Edinburgh Airport, as well as having on-street metered parking in front of the property…and free parking at the weekend.

Entrance to this second floor apartment is through a well maintained hallway and stair, complete with an entry phone system. Please note that because of the age of the building, there is no lift to this apartment.

A meet and greet service is provided. You will be met at the property, shown around and provided with keys. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. The latest departure time is 11:00 although, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day.

You may be able to arrive early, leave luggage and come back, however this is not guaranteed. Earlier entry or later departure may be possible, subject to availability of existing bookings. Please contact the property manager to discuss this.
