Designed with families in mind, the apartment provides ample space for colleagues, friends, grandparents, parents and children to relax together while still enjoying privacy across five bedrooms. Guests also benefit from nearby access to breakfast, dining and leisure facilities, creating a seamless, comfortable and memorable Edinburgh experience for all generations.

The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.

Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £500 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

Interior layout Set across the ground and lower ground floors, the apartment offers a welcoming and sociable layout. The ground floor lounge provides an elegant space to relax, while the lower level features a fully equipped, open-plan, kitchen and dining area designed for effortless entertaining and home cooking.

The Fetlock accommodates up to 12 guests across five generously sized bedrooms, including two queen double rooms and three super king rooms. The super king bedrooms can be arranged as either doubles or twins for added flexibility. A double sofa bed is also available. The combination of spacious design and thoughtful layout makes this apartment particularly well suited to larger groups or corporate stays.

Limited Mobility Access

There are steps up to the front door from the street level. Once in the property, there are steep stairs down to the lower ground floor level, where 2 of the 5 bedrooms, the kitchen and both of the full shower-rooms, are situated. This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
