The Lochend Two Bedroom Residence

The Lochend Residence is a bright and spacious apartment with lift access. It offers beautiful views of Lochend Loch at the front and the City of Edinburgh at the back.

The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac two miles from the city centre and close to the local amenities on offer on Easter Road and Leith Walk. The area boasts a diverse array of small local retailers, cafes, and restaurants, providing a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Additionally, a Sainsbury's supermarket is conveniently located nearby at Meadowbank Retail Park.

The area is very well served by local buses with regular links to the city and surrounding areas. Princes Street offers high street retailers and specialist shopping, along with The Omni Centre and the cities cinemas, theatres and galleries are just a short distance away.

The open-plan living room is bright and airy and offers a dining table with ample seating for four guests, a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen features integrated appliances including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine. Complimentary WiFI available throughout the apartment.

There are two lovely double bedrooms to choose from.

There are two bathrooms, one featuring a convenient walk-in shower, while the other is a family bathroom complete with a three-piece suite, adding to the comfort of this charming home-away-from-home.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.

Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
The following late check-in fees will be charged in cash:
19:00 until 22:30 GBP 15
22:30 until 00:00 GBP 30
00:00 until 02:00 GBP 50

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
