Boasting spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle, The Castle View Residence is located within the secured gated complex of ‘Websters Land’. This lovely ground floor one-bedroom apartment is nestled at the foot of the castle in the heart of the Grassmarket… a vibrant, bustling area of the city. An abundance of restaurants, pubs and pavement cafes are all within a minute’s walk from your doorstep.

Entering the apartment, you’ll find the hallway opening onto the bright and airy open plan lounge, kitchen/dining area, featuring comfy seating, flatscreen TV and unlimited complimentary WiFi. The kitchen has been well-equipped with a washer/dryer, oven, hob, microwave and plenty of cutlery and crockery for those wishing to dine in…though with so much choice on your doorstep we are willing to bet that most will succumb to the temptation of trying a different restaurant every night.

This apartment has electric heating, and the cosy master bedroom offers a double bed and plentiful storage with a large, mirrored wardrobe. A contemporary shower room completes this wonderful pied a terre in the heart of the ancient city.

Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

There is a Sainsbury Local store less than 1 minute's walk away. Websters Land is also within easy walking distance of Edinburgh's major sights such as Edinburgh Castle, the historic Royal Mile, Mary King's Close, Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament Building and Scotland's major galleries and museums including the Whisky Heritage Museum. It is also within easy walking distance from Edinburgh's principal shopping area, Princes Street, and the new St James Quarter – a large galleria retail shopping centre.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
