Located on the top floor of a traditional Edinburgh apartment building, the property has all the charm of an old building with all the convenience of a recently-refurbished one.

The interior is all brand new, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the entirety of a stunning self-catering apartment equipped with all the mod cons.

The apartment is designed to sleep up to six people and there is plenty of space to organise sleeping arrangements as you see fit, while cots are available on request.

All three bedrooms are light and airy with plenty of space, allowing you room to really make yourself feel at home. All three bedrooms offer a double bed while the largest of the three come equipped with a sofa. All beds are fitted with quality pocket-spring mattresses for a comfortable sleep.

There is ample storage space underneath the beds and in the furniture provided, while there are also two full-size electric airbeds included for extra guests.

An iron and ironing board are also provided.

The bathroom is a masterclass in chic contemporary design. It’s not just a pretty face, however – the newly-fitted Power Shower combines performance and panache above the spacious bath, while towels and linen are provided for all guests.

Meanwhile, the generously-proportioned kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dryer, kettle and toaster, as well as all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you’ll need to cook up a storm.

The apartment has two Smart TVs that are Wi-Fi-ready, meaning you can watch Netflix, YouTube or any other streaming service on them. There is high-speed Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected, while the efficient central heating system will keep you warm whatever the Scottish climate throws at you.
