The open plan living and kitchen area is light and airy, and comfortably furnished with a cosy sofa, dining table, large flat screen TV and unlimited WiFi. The kitchen has everything you need to comfortably cater your holiday, including microwave, oven, fridge and washing machine.

The master bedroom ensures a peaceful night’s rest on a comfy double bed, and a sofa bed in the lounge provides accommodation for two additional guests. The family bathroom with shower over bath completes this delightful home from home.

The Caledonian Crescent Residence also boasts a great location. The West End and New Town, both awash with Georgian architecture, upmarket bars, and independent cafes and restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment; and the Old Town, home to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle, is less than a mile away. The immediate local area is packed full of fantastic amenities, such as coffee shops, delis and grocery stores.

Getting to the apartment couldn’t be any easier, as Haymarket train station is a five minute walk away, as is the Airlink airport bus and Tram stops.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself in to the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
