Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite facilities, and pull out sofa bed (charges apply). In addition to the ensuite, the apartment also has a separate bathroom. Families particularly love the layout of this holiday flat.

Check In & Check Out of Your Holiday Let in Edinburgh City Centre

A personal greeter will be on-hand to welcome you to your holiday home. We’ll explain the basics of the apartment as well as recommendations and keys. However, this also means that we can only accept check-ins during certain times. Late arrivals (between 22:00-24:00), early check-ins (between 12.00-15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) will accrue a £40 charge.

T&Cs of Your Holiday Flat in Edinburgh City Centre

-The property must be left in a neat & tidy condition with all rubbish removed, used pots and pans washed and returned to the cupboards, etc. Extra charges apply if any additional cleaning is needed after guest departure.
-Full payment is required six weeks before arrival or immediately after booking if -booking is within six weeks of arrival date.
-A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required
-No smoking
-Property NOT suitable for pets
-A £30 surcharge applies for using the sofa bed, payable on booking

Guests benefit from an allocated parking space in a secure underground car park. Additional cars can park on metered bays on the road between Monday to Saturday 8.30 to 18.30. Parking on the street is free after 18.30 pm and on Sundays.
