Our personal greeter will meet you on arrival if required to give you the keys and explain the basics of your holiday home. Late arrivals (between 22.00 and 24.00), early check-ins (between 12.00 and 15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) are possible for a small fee of £40.

Please note that the terms and conditions for this property include the following points:
-The property must be left in a neat & tidy condition with all rubbish removed, used pots and pans washed and returned to the cupboards, etc. Extra charges apply if any additional cleaning is needed after guest departure.
Full payment is required six weeks before arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within six weeks of arrival date.
A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required

Sofa bed can sleep two guests. A £30 surcharge for the use of the sofa bed is payable on booking.

Exterior The apartment is part of a tenement building, nestled just off the Royal Mile in an old courtyard. The property has a secure entry system and the flat is on the 2nd floor via a shared winding stairwell.
City centre from the airport.
The Airlink 100 express and N22 night buses reach Waverley Bridge and the city centre from the West in about 25 minutes, depending on traffic. The Lothian Buses No 35 also runs into city centre but calls at local destinations en route, and continues to Leith.
The airport is about eight miles (12km) west of the city centre and the journey (via the A8 Glasgow Road) takes about 25 minutes in light traffic.
Trams offer a frequent and reliable service linking the airport and the city centre. Interchange with rail services is available at Edinburgh Park and Haymarket stations. Other stops include Murrayfield Stadium and Princes Street.
