The spacious living and dining area provides an ideal space for relaxing after a long day’s sightseeing or making plans for tomorrow’s adventure. Sumptuous sofas and oh-so-fluffy rugs perfectly compliment feature wallpaper and hand-picked artwork. A flat screen TV and unlimited Wi-Fi ensure a few extra home comforts, and the large dining table can suit anything from a quick breakfast to a feast for for a king.

The separate kitchen is generously proportioned, and boasts modern whitegoods such as an induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, and brand new smaller appliances. The family bathroom is newly redecorated in contemporary design, and features a power shower over bath.

The two double bedrooms await for a delightful night’s sleep, with plenty of storage for your luggage. Both are decorated in their own unique style, and benefit from a quiet, leafy outlook over the rear of the development.

Last but not least, guests have access to free, off-street parking within the development!

The Fettes Court Residence has a great location nestled on the edge of Stockbridge, one of Edinburgh’s most beloved boroughs. A ten-minute stroll will have you amongst the friendly faces and laid-back atmosphere of this quasi-village. Dozens of independent eateries and traditional pubs make Stockbridge firm favourite for foodies, whether you fancy Michelin-tipped grub at the Scran and Scallie, or a quick and delicious fresh pastry and coffee before you head in to town. If you fancy rustling up your own delights, Raeburn Place and Kerr Street are lined with fresh produce shops (our favourite is the famous Mellis cheesemongers), and there’s a fantastic market on every Sunday in the Jubilee Gardens.

When you’re ready to hit the more traditional sights, Edinburgh’s medieval Old Town and it’s notorious Castle is less than two miles away, or 15 minutes on one of the many buses departing from Craigleith Road just outside of the development.

There’s a large Waitrose supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, as well as several smaller national grocery stores in Stockbridge. Just around the corner in the other direction is Craigleith retail park, home to a Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer, Argos and all manner of other British high street favourites.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Apartment as described. Communication was excellent, timely and clear.


Very comfy, bright and as described. Good parking if you have normal car. Vans etc will struggle and the neighbours don't want that inconvenience. (We had a car but the community president told us). Meet and greet communications ensured the rep and us didn't have to hang around.
