Two double bedrooms, one with en suite, ensure a peaceful night’s sleep, and a 5/6th guest can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. A large shower room completes this delightful home from home, as well as one allocated parking space.
Thanks to The Clockmill Residence’s unique location guests can enjoy being right in the city centre, with the iconic Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat are just around the corner behind the property. The Queen is practically your neighbour as HRH’s Scottish residence the Palace of Holyroodhouse is a ten-minute walk away. The Royal Mile and Old Town are under one mile away, and Edinburgh Castle is 1.5 miles. For all of your essentials, there is a large Sainsbury’s across the road at Meadowbank retail park for grocery shopping.
A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable 7 days prior to arrival, incase of any breakages or damages. This security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

The little flat was well presented, clean, fresh and tidy. We enjoyed the mod-cons in the kitchen and the great shower. Given that we had a washing machine it would have been nice to have had a drier or drying rack. Otherwise great and very handy to a supermarkket, buses and attractions.
