The Dundas Street Residence is a truly fantastic apartment, in an amazing location. With three bedrooms, a roof terrace, and just half a mile from Princes Street, this apartment is perfect for your trip to Edinburgh.

The large living/dining room features designer leather sofa and rocking chairs, coffee table, dining table, and flat screen TV with Freeview. Also on offer for guests’ entertainment: DVD player, hifi, WiFi and a good selection of DVDs, CDs and board games. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped to help you rustle up some treats if you can tear yourself away from the delicious local eateries.

This generous apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, and guests can choose from an array of sleeping arrangements. There are two large bedrooms with kingsize beds, one bedroom with single bunk beds, all with good guest storage. There is also a further box room, great for storing your luggage. The family bathroom is modern, with full walk in shower and separate bath.

Princes Street and George Street, packed with designer and high street shops, cocktail bars and restaurants, are just half a mile from the apartment. The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town are around one mile away. Stockbridge, a local village-like district is a few minutes west, and the Royal Botanic Gardens are just around the corner. The immediate local area has plenty of cafes, coffee shops, delis and art galleries, and there is a large Tesco just a few minutes walk away.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

Interior layout A central hallway leads to three bedrooms, one box room, one family bathroom, large living/dining room, and separate kitchen. A roof terrace is accessed via one of the bedrooms.
