The Traverse Suite is a beautiful 1 bedroom ground floor apartment located in the middle of Edinburgh in an exclusive conversion of the old Traverse Theatre. Private gates access this quaint and cobbled courtyard off which this spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment is located. A plethora of Edinburgh attractions, restaurants and bars are only minutes away from this great location. Guests who have a laptop can also enjoy a free broadband connection either through the supplied cable or by wifi.


LOUNGE/KITCHEN ROOM
This combined lounge/kitchen area has been completely equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It contains a sofa bed (which converts to a comfortable double bed) and a dining table suitable for four guests. some smaller items of furniture and lighting features create a wonderful ambience in the room. Guests who have a laptop can also enjoy a free broadband connection either through the supplied cable or by wifi.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave oven, washer/dryer and cutlery & crockery for up to four people.

BEDROOM
This is a lovely spacious double bedroom with with two bedside tables, a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage space for your possessions.

BATHROOM
A bath with mixer taps providing with an electric shower over the bath, wc and basin and a shaver point.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received 2 months prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than two months before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Please note that prior to arrival a refundable key/security deposit must be provided (100 pounds or 150 Euros or 150 US dollars ).

We offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby you will be met at a property at a pre-arranged time to give access. Full instructions of this are sent out in the formal confirmation. Entry is from 14:00 onwards but if nobody has booked to depart on your day of arrival it will probably be very suitable for us to give you entry as early as possible. Even if there is a booking departing that day it might still be possible to at least drop off luggage. Departure is by 10am (a guaranteed late departure up to 20:00 can be obtained for 50% of that daily rate. Please contact us if you want to utilise this facility and a price will be calculated).
