The wood panelled apartment hallway provides plenty of space for luggage and coats etc and there is a toilet located off the hall. Linger a while to check out some of the scenes of bygone Edinburgh.

This room is beautifully appointed to create a cosy yet comfortable and functional living space. The luxury leather and velvet sofas are a perfect place to sink into next to the fire and rest after an exhausting day exploring the sights. There is a dining table suitable for 6 and some smaller items of furniture. A wall mounted flat screen TV with 30 digital channels, DVD player and a selection of DVDs are available for your enjoyment. Also a BOSE hi fi system is provided and the sound system is piped through to bathroom areas. Two large shuttered south facing windows give this room a fabulous sunny aspect or the drapes can be closed to create a cosy feel.

KITCHEN AREA

This is accessed off the lounge. Newly fitted, the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave oven, cutlery and crockery for up to 6 people.

BEDROOM 1

Located at the back of the building this quiet spacious, carpeted bedroom contains a double bed with a shower room ensuite. Fabulously decorated this is a room not to be missed!!! A good nights sleep should be easy in this relaxing elegance.
