The apartment is only a few minutes walk from many other major Edinburgh attractions such as the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery of Scotland. This apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is an extremly comfortable base for your visit to Edinburgh and Scotland.

LOUNGE/DRAWING ROOM: This is a wonderful large room provides marvellous views of the famour Victoria Terrace which runs above the West Bow & Victoria Street. The room consists of two sofas (one of which converts to a comfortable double bed), A beautiful Victorian fireplace with a gas coal effect fire provides additional heat to the electric central heating and creates a wonderful ambience in the room.
A widescreen lcd tv with approximately 30 digital channels and a DVD player are provided for your enjoyment. The room has fully operational working shutters and heavy curtains to aid a good nights sleep if the sofa bed is in use. Guests who have a laptop can also enjoy a free broadband connection either through the supplied cable or by wifi.

BEDROOM: This is a lovely double bedroom with a window also overlooking the Victoria Terrace. A 5ft (1.52 m) wide double bed with two bedside tables, a large built in wardrobe provide ample storage space for your possessions. There is also a wall mounted lcd tv to watch whilst you relax with a morning cup of tea. This room also has fully working shutters and heavy curtains to aid a good nights sleep.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has a large window overlooking Victoira Terrace and the street below. It is equipped with cutlery & crockery for up to four people. It has a glass table with four chairs to enjoy meals at. It is also fully equipped with an oven & hob, microwave and washer for clothes

SHOWER ROOM: A walk in shower is provided, wc and basin.
