An extremely spacious and light room that will prove the centre-point for your stay. Two large comfortable sofas are provided to relax on and for entertainment there is a widescreen tv with approximately 30 digital channels and a DVD player. Don't forget your discs to complete this delightful, warm and open room. Guests with appropriate laptop facilities can enjoy broadband access through wi-fi.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer/dryer and cutlery & crockery. There is a breakfast bar with four stools for dining.
BEDROOM 1
Bedrooms contain a beautiful comfortable kingsize bed and is equipped to allow you to make the most of your stay, with ample storage space, mirrors and lighting. There is a wonderful view from the window of the HQ of the Bank of Scotland and to Carlton Hill and beyond to the River Forth.
BEDROOM 2
Bendroom two has fantastic super kingsize zip'n'link bed that can be split into two 3ft single beds. It has beautifully furnished with copious storage. This room also benefits from having an LCD TV with digital channels available. This room also has the wonderful view from the window of the HQ of the Bank of Scotland and to Carlton Hill and beyond to the River Forth.

A good-sized designer bathroom with attractive fixtures, bath, walk-in power shower and heated towel rail complete this distinctive property.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received 2months prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than eight weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Please note that on arrival a refundable key/security deposit must be provided (100 pounds or 150 Euros or 150 US dollars ).
We offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby you will be met at a property at a pre-arranged time to give access. Full instructions of this are sent out in the formal confirmation. Entry is from 14:00 onwards but if nobody has booked to depart on your day of arrival it will probably be very suitable for us to give you entry as early as possible. Even if there is a booking departing that day it might still be possible to at least drop off luggage. Departure is by 10am (a guaranteed late departure up to 20:00 can be obtained for 50% of that daily rate. Please contact us if you want to utilise this facility and a price will be calculated).
