Ladystairs is a second floor apartment in a listed building on the Lawnmarket (the top section of the famous Royal Mile) and is approximately 150metres from Edinburgh Castle. This self-catering apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard to make your stay in Edinburgh as comfortable as possible.

The apartment is a pleasant walk to many other major Edinburgh attractions such as the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery of Scotland. There is also a copious amount of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate area.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN ROOM
This combined lounge/kitchen area has been completely equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It contains a sofa bed (which converts to a comfortable double bed) and a dining table suitable for four guests. A fireplace with a coal effect fire provides additional heat to the convector heater and some smaller items of furniture and lighting features create a wonderful ambience in the room. A widescreen TV with approximately 30 digital channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s and CD’s are provided for your enjoyment. Guests who have a laptop can also enjoy a free broadband connection either through the supplied cable or by wifi. There is a fantastic bay window to give you a superb view of the Royal Mile.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave oven, washer/dryer and cutlery & crockery for up to four people.

BEDROOM
This is a lovely double bedroom with a bay window with a wonderful view of the Royal Mile. A kingsize double bed with two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a hanging area provide ample storage space for your possessions. There a wall mounted LCD TV with 30+ digital channels and it has a built in DVD player.

SHOWER ROOM
Instant electric shower, wc and basin, plus a shaver point.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received 2months prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Please note that just arrival a refundable key/security deposit must be provided (100 pounds or 150 Euros or 150 US dollars).

We offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby you will be met at a property at a pre-arranged time to give access. Full instructions of this are sent out in the formal confirmation. Entry is from 14:00 onwards but if nobody has booked to depart on your day of arrival it will probably be very suitable for us to give you entry as early as possible. Even if there is a booking departing that day it might still be possible to at least drop off luggage. Departure is by 10am (a guaranteed late departure up to 20:00 can be obtained for 50% of that daily rate. Please contact us if you want to utilise this facility and a price will be calculated).
