This self-catering apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard to make your stay in Edinburgh as comfortable as possible. Guests who have a laptop can also enjoy a free broadband connection either through the supplied cable or by wifi.


The apartment is a pleasant walk to many other major Edinburgh attractions such as the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery of Scotland. There is also a copious amount of bars, restaurants, cafe’s and shops in the immediate area.

This combined lounge/kitchen area has been completely equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It contains a sofabed ( which converts to a comfortable double bed, when there is only two staying at the apartment please state if you require use of this ? ), a dining table suitable for four people. A fireplace with a coal effect fire provides additional heat to the convector heater and some smaller items of furniture and lighting features create a wonderful ambience in the room. A widescreen tv with approximately 30 digital channels and a DVD with a selection of dvd’s and cd’s are provided for your enjoyment. There is a fantastic bay window to give you a superb view of the Royal Mile.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave oven, washer/dryer and cutlery & crockery for up to four people.

Bedroom

This is a lovely double bedroom with a bay window with awonderful view of the Royal Mile. A kingsize double bed with two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a hanging area provide ample storage space for your possessions. There a wall mounted lcd tv with 30+ digital channels and it has a built in dvd player.

Instant electric shower, wc and basin. A shaver point is also in the bathroom.

Accommodation

The wood panelled apartment hallway provides plenty of space for luggage and coats etc and there is a toilet and shower located off the hall. Linger a while to check out some of the scenes of bygone Edinburgh.

LOUNGE

On entering the apartment you step straight into a spacious lounge area which is dominated by the wooden staircase in the centre of the room. Tastefully decorated there is TV, DVD player and stereo system.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with microwave oven, gas hob and electric oven and crockery for up to four persons. A fold away kitchen dining table is perfect for up seating up to four. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and American fridge.

BEDROOM

The bedroom takes up the whole of the lower level and has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower. Double glass doors at the entrance to the bedroom provide privacy from the lounge.
Additional sleeping area

This is a large windowless room situated next to the wc/shower room on the main floor that contains a double bed and has ample storage and hanging space. Due to this room not being a proper bedroom because of the lack of a window this apartment has been priced just slightly above the rates for a 1 bedroom property as it is marketed as such.Ventilation is provided by leaving the door ajar or a externally vented fan.
