This first floor apartment is a fantastic base to explore the amazing city of Edinburgh. A plethora of Edinburgh attractions are only minutes walk, such as the Royal Scottish Museum and St Giles Cathedral. There is also an abundance of bars, restaurants and cafe's in the immediate area. This apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

LOUNGE/DRAWING ROOM: This is an extremely spacious room that provides a wonderful place for you to relax when you are not out and about the city. The room consists of two sofas, a dining table suitable for six people and some smaller items of furniture. A large Victorian fireplace with a gas coal effect fire dominates the room and provides additional heat to the electric heating. A selection of dvd's and cd's are provided for your enjoyment.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms contain double beds and are situated at the rear of the property for a quieter nights sleep. A wardrobe and chest of drawers in each room provide ample storage space for your possessions.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven and cutlery/crockery for up to six people.

SHOWER ROOM: A large shower unit with an instant electric shower. Please note there is no bath in this property.

Located at the back of the building this quiet, carpeted bedroom contains a double bed. It has an interesting feature wall preserved from the old building behind which is a separate dressing area and ensuite. A large built in wardrobe provides plenty of storage and hanging space with other small items of furniture.

This 3 bed roomed apartment is beautifully furnished and set right in the heart of the old town. Entrance to the first floor apartment is through a private stairway, which gives both added security and a sense of privacy from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was also a perfect place to store bikes, push chairs etc.
The apartment has two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large twin-room, and a large living and fully equipped kitchen with dining table. There is secondary glazing throughout the apartment. The property is in a bustling, lively location very close to bars and clubs.

LOUNGE

This large spacious living room more than comfortably seats 6 and is equipped with flat-screen TV, DVD player (and a selection of DVDs) and CD stereo. It is tastefully decorated and is an ideal spot to relax.

KITCHEN
