St Giles Street is B-listed (a building of importance to national heritage) in the Conservation area of the Royal Mile. This third floor apartment commands a prestigious position on the corner of St Giles Street and The Royal Mile. It provides astounding views of the adjacent St Giles Cathedral and up the Lawnmarket (top end of the Royal Mile) to Edinburgh Castle 250 metres away.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk from many other major Edinburgh attractions such as the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery of Scotland. There is also a copious amount of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate area. This apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard and is a very comfortable base for your visit to Edinburgh and Scotland.

LOUNGE/DRAWING ROOM: This is a wonderful south facing corner room with four large windows providing marvellous views of the Royal Mile and the square outside St Giles Cathedral. The room consists of two sofas (one of which converts to a comfortable double bed), a dining table suitable for four people. A beautiful Victorian fireplace with a gas coal effect fire provides additional heat to the electric central heating and creates a wonderful ambience in the room.
A widescreen tv with approximately 30 digital channels and a DVD home cinema system with a selection of dvds and cds are provided for your enjoyment.

BEDROOM: This is a lovely double bedroom with a window overlooking St Giles Street. A double bed with two bedside tables, a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage space for your possessions.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has a large light window overlooking St Giles Street and is equipped with cutlery & crockery for up to four people.

BATHROOM: A bath with mixer taps providing a shower attachment, wc and basin. A shaver point is also in the bathroom.
